The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) will announce the official list of passers for May 2015 Nursing Licensure Examination (NLE) or more popularly known as the Nursing Board Exam Results in few working days after the last day of examination. Aside from the list of passers, Top 10 Passers (TopNotchers), and Top Performing & Top Performance of Schools will be posted here once available online.
Professional Regulatory Board of Nursing conducted the licensure examination in various testing centers across the country; Bacolod, Baguio, Cabanatuan, CDO, Cebu, Davao, Dagupan, Iloilo, Laoag, Legazpi, Lucena, ManilaManila, Pagadian, Tacloban, Tuguegarao and Zamboanga.

It is expected that around 25,000 to 35,000 hopefuls took the exams nationwide. The member of the Board of Nursing was headed by Chairman, Carmencita M. Abaquin; Perla G. Po, Gloria B. Arcos, Carmelita C. Divinagracia, Carfredda P. Dumlao, Glenda S. Arquiza and Florence C. Cawaon, Members.
Examiness answered the following subjects; Nursing Practice I (Basic Foundation of Nursing and Professional Nursing Practice), Nursing Practice II (Community Health Nursing and Care of the Mother and Child), Nursing Practice III (Care of Clients with Physiologic and Psychological Alternations – Part A), Nursing Practice IV (Care of Clients with Physiologic and Psychological Alternations – Part B) and Nursing Practice V (Care of Clients with Physiologic and Psychological Alternations – Part C).
According to PRC, the target date of release of NLE results is on Wednesday, July 8, 2015 or in 38 calendar days or 27 working days after the last day of exam. Computation excludes 5 Saturdays, 5 Sundays and 1 holiday – Independence Day on June 12.
Pursuant to Section 16, of Republic Act No. 9173, “all successful candidates in the examination shall be required to take an oath of professional before the Board or any government official authorized to administer oaths prior to entering upon the nursing practice”, according to the PRC.
In May 2014, nursing licensure exam results were released online in 23 working days. PRC announced that 11,225 out of 29,188 hurdled the nursing exams.
In November 2014, PRC announced results in 29 working days after the last day of exam. A total of 15,292 out of 26,690 takers passed the board exam.
