The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) release a total of 5,220 out of 10,370 passed the Real Estate Broker Licensure Examination given by the Board of Real Estate Service.

The members of the Board of Real Estate Service who gave the licensure examination are Dr. Eduardo G. Ong, Chairman; Florencio C. Diño II and Rafael M. Fajardo, Members.

The results were released in four (4) working days after the said examination.

The successful examinees who garnered the ten (10) highest places in the May 2015 Real Estate Broker Licensure Examination are the following:

A-B–C-D-E–F-G-H–I-J-K-L-M–N-O-P–Q-R-S-T–U-V-W-X-Y-Z

Real Estate Broker exams cover the following subjects: general fundamentals of property ownership, real estate laws and taxation, special and technical knowledge and professional practice which includes real estate brokerage practice, planning, development and zoning, basic principles of ecology and appraisal for brokers.

Last year’s examination, PRC announces a total of 2, 048 out of 3, 535 who successfully passed the Real Estate Broker Licensure Examination last March 2014.
