The Battle Rounds continued for all the performers of Team Sarah, on Sunday, December 7, 2014, Monique Lualhati and Shaira Opsimar compete each other and prove who among the two deserves the slots to the next round.

Monique Lualhati and Shaira Opsimar performed the popularized song of Christina Aguilera, Lil’ Kim, Mya and Pink for the soundtrack of the movie “Moulin Rouge,” entitled “Lady Marmalade.”

According to Coach Sarah, the two have to expressed themselves with feelings and better performed on stage incorporated with movements to best describe the song,

“Sa klase ng song na meron kayo, ‘Lady Marmalade,’ hindi enough na magaling lang kayong bumirit. Dapat effective din kayo bilang performer. Bilang mga singers tayo, performers, para din tayong mga actors eh. Dapat nanggagaling sa loob at sa mata,” Geronimo said.

Coach Lea Salonga commented that a little bit sêxiêr will make the performance more convincing in the since that during this encounter, not only voice is the basis for judging by which she commend Lualhati.

In addition to the good comments of Coach Lean, Coach Bamboo also praises Lualhati’s performance because according to him Lualhati has interpreted the song better with her expressions.

Coach Sarah has praised the two performers stressing that both of them give their best performance and show their singing talent but she eventually give Lualhati the slot to advance to the next round.

Lualhati joins with ex-Rivermaya frontman Jason Fernandez and professional “haranista” Jason Dy and as part of Team Sarah.
