Thara Therese Jordana made it to qualify the Team Leah after her performance of Miley Cyrus’ hit song “We Can’t Stop” during the Blind Audition of The Voice PH Season 2 on Sunday, November 24, 2014.

The 23-year-old Cebuana singer noted that she can’t live apart from singing. She said singing is part of her life that she wanted to pursue. She admitted that there was time she put on hold her singing career just because she wanted to concentrate her studies. But now that she has already graduated from college she has to fulfill her dreams because she loves so performing.

“Gusto ko ‘tong i-pursue kasi I can’t live without singing, I love performing,” Jordana said.

After her performance of the song “We Can’t Stop,” coach Lea Salonga and coach Apl de ap turned for her.

“Ang nagustuhan ko sa ‘yo ay ‘yung ini-incorporate mo ‘yung audience, talagang nagpe-perform ka sa stage,” apl.de.ap said.

“Yung mga technical na usually hinahanap ko, nasa ‘yo na. Ang hinahanap ko lang talaga, ‘yung joy sa pagkanta. Doon sa medyo huli na, dun na lumabas, so I was like, ‘yun, pwede na akong umikot,” Salonga said.

The two coaches continued to convince the singer to join to their respective group and eventually Jordana decided to be part of Team Lea.

Jordana became the ninth member under the Team Lea joining with Charles Catbagan, Christelle Tiquis, Nino Alejandro, Jem Cubil, Leah Patricio, Miro Valera, Philippe Go, and Timothy Pavino.
