Dionisia Pacquiao or popularly known as ‘Mommy D’ has made a round as one of the top trending topic after her appearance on the noontime show, “It’s Showtime” on Monday, October 20, 2014.
During the highly anticipated 5th anniversary celebration of the noontime program dubbed as “Magpasikat Week” in which Mommy D has made a surprise appearance with her own version of Miley Cyrus’ “Wrecking Ball,” that drew laughter and cheers from the studio audience and reprised her Twitter-trending rendition of the song.
The colorful entrance of Mommy D concluded the performance of the “It’s Showtime” co-hosts Karylle and Kim Atienza who have showcased their individual talent during the “Magpasikat Week”. Co-host Karylle took the stage with a medley of pop hits with dancing, while co-host Kim Atienza dressed up himself like a scientist to become more appropriate to his performance as he demonstrated chemical experiment that drew the audience cheering and laughter.
Soon after their performances, co-hosts Karylle and Atienza with Mommy D became the top trending topic on Twitter locally and worldwide with its hastag “#KimRylleFTW.”
Judges on the segment “Magpasikat Week” include actress Cherie Gil, and singers Jim Paredes and Pops Fernandez.
