The Hollywood film “Blood Ransom” is one of the most-awaited film to hit in the country in the sense that one of the casts is played by a Filipino-Australian actress, Anne Curtis.

During the first day of her shooting in the independent Hollywood project, Curtis shared her experience by describing herself as “badly beaten up” by which the 29-year-old actress was referring it on how she make up herself with the artificial blood on the other side of her face.

In a teaser video, Curtis portrayed the role as Crystal with co-star Alexander Doetsch who portrays the role of Jeremiah. In the scene, injured Crystal appeared before Jeremiah asking help from him. She also gives warming about the coming of a man on their way.

The management of the film is yet to reveal the detail of the film. But previous promotional image showed hostage scene where Crystal appeared with a sharp fingernails pressed against Jeremiah’s chest.

The short sneak peak teaser video of the film have drawn mix reactions from the netizens. Some are getting excited to watch the film while others seems to be mocking the teaser video.

“Blood Ransom,” started production in mid-2012 in the United States under direction by a Filipino-American award-winning director Francis dela Torre known for his previous American film in 2011 “Subject: I Love You,” . The scheduled release of the film, locally on October 29, 2014 and in North America on October 31, 2014.
