The most popular actor of this generation, recording artist and matinee idol Daniel Padilla confirmed he has lined up projects with Kathryn Bernardo. During the signing of a two-year, two-picture contract on August 28, 2014, the 19-year-old young actor shared his excitement saying that after the hit of their previous movie “She’s Dating The Gangster,” the next project he is doing with young actress Kathryn Bernardo, is more exciting. Teen King Actor is proud to shout out that the coming movie he has with Bernardo is still under the direction of the award-winning director Cathy (Garcia-Molina), the actor said.

According to the previous report, Kapamilya love-team dubbed as “KathNiel” will materialize the remake plan of the teleserye “Pangako Sa ‘yo” which was previously starred with veteran actor Jericho Rosales and Kristine Hermosa.

“Ngayon hindi pa ako sigurado talaga. Hindi ko alam kung ano pa kasi wala pa kaming meeting na [kung] gagawin namin yung telesryeng yun ang alam ko lang eh may teleserye kaming gagawin na kasama si Kathryn sa first quarter yan ng 2015 at yung direktor namin si Direk Rory po ulit” Padilla said.

The love-team KathNiel first worked together with Direk Rory Quintos on the teleserye entitled Princess and I.

Padilla also shared that he and Kathryn took their rest after all projects was done in spite of being busy from the shows abroad. “Nakakapagpahinga na ako, masaya naman kasi nakakapag-concentrate na kami sa bahay tapos nakapagbakasyon din kami ni Kathryn. Lumabas-labas din kami at sulit naman kahit itong tinatrabaho masaya dahil nung gumagawa kami ng palabas o kapag show hindi namin napupuntahan yung ibang lugar so ngayon napupuntahan namin at nababalikan namin sila. Happy naman kami,” the actor said.
