On Thursday in Makati Prosecutor’s Office the complaint actor Derek Ramsay was violated the R. A. 9262, commonly called as Violation Against Women and their Children from her anonymous wife, Mary Christine Jolly.

In an report in Startalk on Saturday. Atty. Joji Alonso, the lawyer of Derek was the only attended because Derek is on work in overseas.
Based on Mary Christine, they got married on 2002 in Bulacan, their relationship was lasted for two years and they have a son was now 11-years-old. Because of neglegience of their son was the reason of his wife to file a complaint to her husband Derek Ramsay.
In previous interview with Derek, he denied the issue that he had a wife and son to said his anonymous wife. He said “Kilala ninyo ako. That’s not my ano,” He also believed that the truth shall also appear.
Atty. Joji Alonso said “He’s very sad, naturally. Because all of these things are false accusations, as we will prove on the 20th [August].”
Meanwhile, Atty. Isaiah Asuncion and his client Mary Christine declined to comment the issue in Startalk that aired on Saturday.
Both their lawyers gave their statements that they will prove the issue on 20th of August.
