Shortly after a mediation hearing for grave coercion case at the Taguig City Metropolitan Court on Monday, June 02, 2014, Cedric Lee threw evil words against the comedian actor and TV host Vhong Navarro.

Vhong Navarro was absent during the hearing but he was represented by his lawyer Atty. Alma Mallonga. In connection to Navarro’s absent, Cedric Lee told the reporter shortly after the hearing by a chance interview: “Hindi dumating yung rap*st, e. May nire-r*pe pa sa ibang lugar.” Aside from that, Cedric Lee has made a clear statement that he is not open to have a settlement with Vhong Navarro.

However, the legal counsel of Navarro, Atty, Mallonga clarified that her client is not willing to have a settlement with the group of Cedric Lee. Atty Mallonga also added that they keep their option open concerning the grave coercion case.

“Sinabi na namin na mahirap pag-usapan itong settlement. But we have a process to undergo. Tingnan natin ang mangyayari… We are going to consider giving way to the request of the mediator,” Atty. Mallonga said.

Aside from Cedric Lee, some other involved in the said criminal case include Bernice Lee, Deniece Cronejo, Ferdinand Guerrero, Simeon “Zimmer” Raz, Jr. Jed Fernandez and Jose Paulo Calma. But during the hearing, only Cedric Lee, Deniece Cornejo, Bernice Lee and Raz were attended.

The next schedule for mediation hearing will be on July 7, 2014.
