Rumors circulated on media and social media concerning the newest Kapamilya actress Meg Imperial that she is a tomboy. “Moon of Desire” actress has reacted adversely to the said rumors but she also explained that one time during the interview she admitted that Angel Locsin was her girl crush.

Imperial told ABS-CBN News reporter noting that the fast circulating issue on the media and social media started when she was asked during the interview to reveal who her crush was. And since there was no man she can mention about her crush, she said that “The Legal Wife” star Angel Locsin is her girl crush.

“May interview ako ‘sino daw yung girl crush ko’ sabi ko si ‘Angel Locsin’. Kasi wala akong mabanggit kung sino ang guy crush ko, eh sa girl crush mayroon agad akong sagot. So baka ‘yon ang dahilan, Pero hindi po ako tomboy,” she said.

The 21-year-old actress explained that before she started in show business she has already admired Angel Locsin and she admitted that the actress was her inspiration in her acting career and hoping that someday they will work together in a project.

Asked if she is dating, she said that somebody was trying to court her but she added that she has no time to entertain suitors because of the nature of her work with a hectic schedule. She also said that she want to give more time on her afternoon series, “Moon of Desire” since she received many good feedback about the show.

“May mga nagpaparamdam pero siguro wala din akong time na mag-entertain since I work every day. Kung wala akong taping, lumilipad ako sa mga events. So wala ding makipag-date or something,” she said.
