Maegan Aguilar, the estranged daughter of the OPM icon Freddie Aguilar popularly known as “Ka Freddie” went on media to express her sentiments over her father and his teenager wife.
In an interview with “Aquino and Abunda Tonight” Meagan did not mince words in criticizing the 17-year-old wife of the OPM icon, whom she is pointing the root cause of the family trouble between her and her father “Ka Freddie.”
According to her, since her father married his teen-ager girlfriend in Islamic rites last November 2013, her father’s attitude has gradually worsen. She said everything has change in their homes citing the attitude of her father that was drastically influenced by her teenager wife. She added that her wife is the reason why she and her father is having argument that redounds to throw her and her children on street.
Maegan said, her wife has poisoned her father’s mind and influenced his decision and control his money.
“Mula noong naging asawa siya, gradually pumapangit ‘yung mga pagpapatakbo sa bahay,” Meagan said. “‘Yung basics na, kung katulad dati, welcome sa kwarto ni tatay pag wala siya doon — we can watch TV there, we can lie on his bed, we can relax, ‘yung parang what’s his is ours — mula noong dumating ‘yan, naka-lock na ‘yung kwarto ng tatay ko. Nagka-double lock na. Bawal na lahat!”

Asked to whom he is angry, Maegan replied that she is angry to both of them.
“Galit ako sa kanilang dalawa. Hindi lang sa asawa ni tatay, pero mas lalo kay tatay, kasi anak niya ako. Apo niya ‘yung mga anak ko. Bakit niya akong tinatratong outsider ng sarili kong bahay? Kasi kung bahay niya ‘yon, bahay ko ‘yon, ‘di ba?”
The reason Maegan appeared on media because she wanted to express her feeling over the controversial issue between her and her father who was badly influenced by her teen-ager wife and because of that she and her family was cast away from her own house.
