“The Legal Wife” once again becomes the hottest topic talked in social media and networking sites after the highlight episode aired on Thursday, April 24, 2014. As the highly anticipated climactic scene dubbed as the “moment of truth” unveiled “The Legal Wife” dominated the conversations on Twitter on its “#TLWTheFastAndTheFurious,” was the No. 1 trend in both in the Philippines and worldwide.

In the soap’s April 24 episode, suspicious Monica (portrayed by Angel Locsin) who is looking for the opportunity to prove that her husband Adrian (portrayed by Jericho Rosales), is having an affair with the other woman. Finally, the “moment of truth” has come; Monica has seen the two holding hands each other and what she actually seen turns her to rage.

Monica became emotional after knowing that her husband is having an affair with the woman no other than but her best friend, Nicole (portrayed by Maja Salvador).

Speechless Monica took her car to leave the hotel, along the way she speeds up her car to the direction between the two (Adrian and Nicole), missing them by mere inches.

Worried Adrian went home after Monica in an attempt to explain her to wife and to try to salvage their relationship. When he arrived on their home, desperate Monica was thinking from her discovery who is not willing to listen from her husband’s pleadings. They exchanged conversations, but the legal wife was not able to contain her emotions, turned and slap Adrian on his face.

Meanwhile, in the hotel Nicole feel so sad at the realization that she has betrayed her closest friend, who had confided in her all her marital problems.
