Kapamilya Actor Richard Gomez currently rejected the role of being a father to Dyesebel and revealed it was originally offered to him.
In an interview ABS-CBN news during the 30th PMPC Star Awards for movies this last Sunday the actor said the reason behind why he turned down the role offered to him even this will be a second project for him and Dawn Zulueta following “Walang Hanggan”
The actor said “Originally the role of being a father to Dyesebel (played by Anne Curtis) was first offered to me but I decided to turn it down because if Dawn and I will be together again I want it to be more realistic and have a deep connection with the story.
Subsequently the role was given to Albert Martinez.
Richard also revealed that after he turns the offer because he will have a sitcom project in Kapatid Network together with Sharon Cuneta.
But with regards to his upcoming movie in Star Cinema together with John Lloyd Cruz and Gretchen Baretto the actor assures that it will be still ongoing.
According to the actor “I will have a project in Kapatid Network together with the Mega Star entitled “Pirate Family”. But my upcoming movie will temporarily on hold because John Lloyd is now recovering from bicycle accident and Gretchen is now in London and the script is being revised to make it more exciting.
The said movie will be directed by Chito Roño. Direct Chito is also the director of Feng Shui that is considered a horror suspense masterpiece. Now he is the current the talent manager
