The recent project of Gerald Anderson with Kim Chiu caught the attention of Maja Salvador in which she said not being affected in oppose to the rumored adverse reaction of the actress.

In a sideline interview during the shooting of her new music video, Salvador told Marie Lozano of ABS-CBN News on Tuesday, March 4, 2014 about her real reactions.

“Ah, siyempre pag work, work. Wala naman ho tayong ano doon… Wala pong isyu sa akin, okay ako sa lahat,” she said.

Last February 26, 2014, several photos during the pictorial for the upcoming ad campaign of jewelry brand which both of Gerald Anderson and Kim Chiu are endorsers of the product. The said photos surfaced on social media getting mixed reaction from the netizens about the tandem of Gerald and Kim which was dubbed as “Kimerald.”

As to remember, both Gerald Anderson and Kim Chiu are “Pinoy Big Brother” housemates in 2006, from that time the two became popular love team in the showbiz industry and eventually became a celebrity couple in their real life. But in the year 2010 they broke up and ended up their onscreen tandem which also brought dismay to their loyal followers.

Eventually, in late 2012, Gerald Anderson and Kim Chiu reunited onscreen through the anthology romance “24/7 In Love” that was two months before Anderson and Salvador reportedly romantically linked in January  the following year.

The confirmation of their relationship put a little bit of gaps between three of them who known to be close friends and confidant.

Asked if she was affected by the netizens’ criticism directed at her and to Anderson, Salvador replied: “Hinahayaan nalang namin, e. Mas okay na ‘yung mas tahimik.”

The “Thelma” star also addressed the rumored regarding her relationship with Anderson: “Siguro mas tahimik, mas maganda nalang. Hayaan mo nalang silang mag-isip kung ano ‘yung nangyayari talaga,” she said.
