The comedian “Eat Bulaga” TV host Jose Manalo broke silence regarding the suicide attempt of one of his daughter who was rushed in the hospital on Wednesday, March 12, 2014 at around 10:00 on the evening due to the overdose of medicine intake. Anna Lyn, the mother of the 17-year-old daughter who has committed suicide found her unconscious inside their condominium at Greenhills San Juan.

During the suicide attempt of Jose Manalo’s 17-year-old daughter, was found a suicide note revealing the reason of her suicide which according to the letter, her father, Jose Manalo abandoned her with the entire family. The depressed 17-year-old claimed that Jose Manalo did not support them financially for their family needs and for their education as well. The suicide note also revealed depression of her, especially when she saw her younger sibling crying looking the presence of their father.

But the said allegation was strongly denied by the comedian host who was executed official statement following the controversial allegation involving the camp of her wife, Anna Lyn.

Saddened Jose Manalo issued official statement for the purpose of explaining his side, to clear the issue against him and to address the problem of his family.

It cannot be denied that Jose Manalo’s family was surrounded with problems and controversies including the civil and criminal case filed against Jose and Anna Lyn regarding the sixty-eight million pesos controversial transaction that involved Anna Lyn.
