The tag of war in the controversial case filed by Roxanne Acosta Cabañero against the ABS-CBN TV talent Vhong Navarro becomes the most talked-issue in social media since the fast few weeks.

The 24-year-old former pageant contestant Roxanne Acosta Cabanero officially filed case against the comedian actor Vhong Navarro on February 19, 2014 at Pasig City Prosecutor’s Office with her legal lawyer Att. Virgillio Batalla accusing Navarro for his evil acts he did against Roxanne Acosta Cabanero at the midnight of April 24, 2010 inside the car of the actor.

However, in a separate report said that Vhong Navarro was seen in the concert of Vice Ganda at the Island Cove Hotel in Cavite which was held at the same date Roxanne Acosta Cabanero claimed she was abused by the comedian actor inside his car.

The video footage below showing the ending of Vice Ganda’s concert in Island Cove Resort will be used as concrete evidence who among them is telling the truth.

Upon the record of the said video, Navarro’s presence during the concert proves once again that he is telling the truth since he was seen on the video weaving his hands to the fans and audience in the concert.

Based upon the video, the netizens has initially concluded the case dismissed and that the video will be used as concrete proof that the allegation of Roxanne Acosta Cabañero is just a false accusation.
