The affidavit of Vice Ganda was released Wednesday, February 26, 2014 and the veteran broadcast journalist Tony Calvento got a copy of the said affidavit and posted it on his official Facebook Page that can be accessed by any of the netizens who want to share it for public reading.

Vice Ganda has testified in favor to the comedian actor and TV host Vhong Navarro against the former beauty contestant Roxanne Acosta Cabañero in her case filed on February 19, 2014 at Pasig Prosecutors Office alleging the actor of abusing her inside Navarro’s car on the night of April 24, 2010 which was the same date that the actor was in the concert of Vice Ganda as guest performer during the show.

Jose Marie B. Viceral best known for his stage name as “Vice Ganda” issued and affidavit testifying that Vhong Navarro was with him on the show “May Nag Txt, May Show Ako” at the Island Cove in Cavite.

In his affidavit, Vice Ganda indicated the important facts during the show that includes the program, date, venue and time started and time ended which was indicated at 2:00 a.m. of the following day which was April 25, 2010 which can be used as concrete evidence against the case filed by Roxanne Acosta Cabanero.

Vice Ganda clarifies that during the show, Vhong Navarro performed a dance number along with other guest performers and Vice Ganda said that Navarro was one of his finale performer.
