After several months of silence since breakup with her ex-boyfriend Billy Crawford, the model, singer, actress and host Nikki Gil started to speak up about the cause of putting the end to their 5-long-year relationship.

In an exclusive interview, Nikki Gil told Cosmopolitan Magazine that she was deeply affected of investing her time for a 5-long-year relationship with her boyfriend Billy Crawford that only meant to breakup.

And the most painful part was that her boyfriend was cheating on her.

She said that before anything else she got a lot of warnings but she chooses to ignore all, but what was happening, she said “I couldn’t wrap my head around the fact that it could be done to me,” Nikki explained boldly on the cover of Cosmopolitan December 2013 issue.

In retrospect, Nikki said that she cannot imagine how worse that was happened to her who valued faithfulness in relationship.

She said that she is the woman that value most of relationship and she is not a kind of girl who can afford to steal a boyfriend.

“I understand completely, but I cherish those things,” she stressed.

From the start, they were looking forward that they can have an ideal relationship being a couple. That’s really hard to imagine how they ended up parting ways.

The break up issue of the celebrity couple Nikki and Billy started sometime in the month of July that shocked not only the entertainment media but fans as well.

In the episode of “The Buzz” dated July 28 Billy revealed the reason of breaking up their relationship with Nikki Gil was that he felt “lost” and “confused.”

However, Nikki speculated that the contributing factor of breaking up their relationship was a “premarital contact.”

“O, sige! ‘Yan na ang kapintasan ko, boohoo!

“People have said, ‘Eh, kasi, lalaki. May pangangailangan.’ My point exactly!

“See? Kung yun pala ang issue, [he didn’t really deserve me].

“Nobody told me to stay a virgin, or because I’m a stuck-up prude na holy-holy. It’s my choice.

“I’ve always been ma-pride—if fleshly lust is something that I value, [ganun talaga]!”

Sometime in 2008, Nikki disclosed that her mom has given her a purity ring which is clearly symbolizes virginity as she promise to wait until marriage before she will engage in any of adult activities.

When she had relationship with Billy, Nikki assumed that Billy fully understood her choice from the very start.

Nikki exclaimed, “That’s the thing! Hindi!” which means to say that…, that’s the reason that disappointed Billy causing him cavorting with other women.

“He’d always say, ‘Push! I’m proud of you.’

“And I’m like, ‘Wow, you’re so understanding naman.’ Yun pala, e, dot…dot…dot!.”

Nikki admitted that she regretted of their long relationship that only ended in breakup, she is also thankful that things were happened before it’s too late.
