It has been long believed that numerous number of planes and boats disappeared whenever they enter the site of the Bermuda Triangle.   While it has become part of popular culture to link the Bermuda Triangle to paranormal activity, most investigations indicate bad weather and human error are the more likely the reason.

A researcher said that a lot of original reports of strange incidents in the Bermuda were exaggerated. That the actual number of incidents are quite similar to that of the other parts of the ocean.

The site of the Bermuda Triangle is actually part of a regularly sailed shipping lane with cruise ships and other boats. Private and commercial planes are also common flying above the Bermuda Triangle.
