Chinese New Year is one of the holidays that almost every brand celebrates every year. It is said to bring success and prosperity in addition to uniting individuals.

Businesses celebrate with the famous dragon dance on the actual day, while some make it more lively by adding gimmicks and celebrity appearances.

The well-known beauty brand Beautéderm, owned by Pampanga-based entrepreneur Rhea Tan, has gathered its wide range of celebrity endorsers in an attempt to attract more customers.

Among the celebrities that attended their Chinese New Year event in Angeles City were basketball superstars Terrence Romeo, Rico Maierhofer, and Ryan Araña.

Grand slam queen Lorna Tolentino, Dennis Trillo, Ejay Falcon, Buboy Villar, Darla, Sunshine Garcia, Sugar Mercado, DJ JhaiHo, Kakai Bautista, Thou Reyes, Nadine Samonte, Thia Thomalla, and Gillian Vicencio joined them.

Tan said, “Every Chinese New Year, you wish for luck and prosperity. But of course, if you put in the effort and have enthusiasm, you can succeed. While the concept of luck is appealing, the key lies in how you put in the effort,”

Speaking briefly during the event, Trillo and Tolentino said that true blessings come to those who are good on the inside. The two celebrities also permitted patrons and visitors to take selfies while remaining composed, which is always desirable to big stars like them.

The award-winning actress never ages, according to the attendees who were amazed by Tolentino’s eternal beauty throughout the celebration.

Garcia was also seen enjoying herself at the event; she is a member of the girl group SexBomb Girls. She clarified that Alex Castro, her spouse, was not present since he was employed by the government.

Festive events in Pampanga also reflected the broader mood of celebration across Luzon, where public spaces, malls, and local venues hosted themed activities throughout February, combining Chinese New Year festivities with Valentine’s Day celebrations for a busy holiday season.

As the Year of the Horse begins, the star‑studded gatherings in Pampanga have underscored the province’s status as a vibrant cultural hub that brings together tradition, entertainment, and community energy for one of Asia’s most celebrated holidays.
