Philippine Cocktail Week (PHCW) in February will bring 28 internationally recognized bars to Manila, so it’s time to have a good time.
A collaboration between some of the world’s most celebrated cocktail bars and 28 of Manila’s best bars, located in Bonifacio Global City, Legazpi Village and Makati Cinema Square, Poblacion and Jupiter, Quezon City and San Juan, will take place during PHCW from February 5 to 8.
“This is the first time Manila has welcomed this depth and caliber of international bar talent in a single week, working alongside local bars as collaborators,” a Philippine Cocktail Week representative stated.
“Philippine Cocktail Week reflects a new chapter in Filipino hospitality—one where the city opens its doors with confidence, generosity, and a strong sense of identity.”
Hong Kong’s COA, Vesper, Bar Us, and Dry Wave Cocktail Studio from Bangkok, Thailand, are some of the bars that are highlighted in PHCW.
Zest in Seoul, South Korea, Virtu in Tokyo, Japan, and Hope & Sesame in Guangzhou, China, are also participating in the festival. The World’s 50 Best Bars and Asia’s 50 Best Bars recognized these and the majority of the lineup.
In addition to other perks, Maya Black cardholders receive 20% cashback at all participating establishments.
The post below has more information on the participating bars and their schedules:
Throughout the week, participating venues across Metro Manila will host collaborative nights where local bartenders work side-by-side with visiting mixologists. Guests can expect limited-edition cocktail menus, experimental flavor pairings, and modern twists on classic drinks.
Aside from bar takeovers, the festival will also include educational sessions on spirits, sustainability in bartending, and the growing influence of Asian ingredients in global cocktail culture. These workshops are designed for both professionals and enthusiasts eager to deepen their understanding of the craft.
PH Cocktail Week has steadily grown into one of the country’s biggest lifestyle and nightlife events, drawing attention from international brands and travelers. Tourism and hospitality stakeholders believe the festival helps highlight Manila’s evolving food and beverage scene.
