The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) is pleased to announce the release of the much-anticipated list of room assignments for the Licensure Exam for Teachers (LET), scheduled for Sunday, September 24, 2023.

We invite all registered examinees to check their assigned examination rooms here, specifically for the Bayambang, Pangasinan; Cauayan, Isabela; and Pampanga test centers.

Room assignments are categorized for both elementary and secondary levels, accommodating examinees taking subjects such as Science, English, Filipino, MAPEH (Music, Arts, Physical Education, and Health), Mathematics, Social Studies, Technology and Livelihood Education (TLE), and Values Education.

In addition to these test centers, September 2023 LET will be conducted simultaneously in various other locations, including but not limited to Manila, Baguio, Butuan, Cagayan de Oro, Calapan, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Koronadal, Legazpi, Lucena, Pagadian, Rosales, Tacloban, Tuguegarao, and Zamboanga.

To further accommodate the growing number of LET examinees and to ease the burden of long-distance travel and related expenses, the PRC has designated additional test centers. These include venues in Antique, Bacolod, Bohol, Catanduanes, Catarman, Digos, Dumaguete, General Santos, Ilocos Norte, Ilocos Sur, Kidapawan, Marinduque, Masbate, Mati, Occidental Mindoro, Palawan, Romblon, Tagum, Oroquieta, and even Bangkok, Thailand.

General Instructions for Examinees

  1. Examinees are required to report before 6:30 AM on each examination day. Late arrivals will not be admitted.
  2. Please bring the following: Notice of Admission (NOA), Official Receipt, pencils (no. 1 or 2), black ballpoint pens, long brown envelopes, and long plastic envelopes.
  3. The use of cellular phones and other electronic gadgets is strictly prohibited. Examinees must adhere to the prescribed dress code.

Coverage of the Exam

The September 2023 LET encompasses a comprehensive range of subjects, including general education and professional education subjects for the Elementary Level, along with specialization for the Secondary Level.

To successfully pass the examination, candidates must obtain an average rating of not less than 75%, with no rating lower than 50% in any of the exams.”
