Star Wars Day! May the 4th Be With You

National Star Wars Day has been celebrated annually ever since the movie came out. Most fans knew that the Fourth of May became known as Star Wars Day because of the phrase “May the force be with you,” spoken by Jedi masters.

Since then, many fans have adopted the concept to celebrate the day in honor of the decades-old series, and Disney and Lucasfilms have both honored the day to this day.

Japanese video game designer Hideo Kojima celebrated star wars day as posted on Twitter.

As of August 2022, the Star Wars franchise, including prequels and sequels, has produced 12 films and nine television programs, according to Rotten Tomatoes.
