On May 11, Filipino actor Matteo Guidicelli signed a contract with GMA Network, a media company. Guidicelli is now officially part of the “Kapuso” team.

The actor was warmly welcomed by the staff and executives led by the GMA Network Chairman and CEO Atty. Felipe L. Gozon. “We are happy that you are beginning a new chapter of your career with us. Your fans and supporters can definitely look forward to more of your projects in GMA, especially with Public Affairs. May the Lord guide your journey as a Kapuso.” Gozon stated.

“I cannot find the words to describe the feeling. I am very blessed and happy na natuloy. I’m very excited for what has to come. You guys welcomed me very nicely. It was very touching. Honestly, I’ve never felt this kind of welcome at work. I am very excited to start my journey with GMA,” Guidicelli says.

Starting May 15, Matteo will be one of the hosts of the long-running morning show Unang Hirit. Mateo is thrilled to be part of the Unang Hirit team.
