Trough of Low-Pressure Area (LPA) affecting Visayas and Mindanao. Northeast Monsoon affecting Luzon.

The Whole Visayas and Palawan will have cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms due to Trough of LPA. Occidental Mindoro and Kalayaan Islands will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with light rains due to Northeast Monsoon.
