A sand art was created to show support to Rabiya Mateo in the Miss Universe pageant.

“We are known as ‘malambing’ but we are also ‘maisog’ in showing love for our fellow as she shows the universe the heart of the Ilonggo,” Iloilo Mayor Jerry Treñas says.
