In a YouTube video titled “Blessing,” a tearful Viy Cortez revealed that she recently found out she was pregnant, only to miscarry a few days after.”Kahapon nakunan ako. At ngayong araw na-confirm na wala na talaga. Nakunan pala talaga ako kahapon nung dinugo ako,” Viy said.

Viy Cortez found out that she was already 6 months pregnant back then.

“Nung December 12, nalaman namin ni Cong, nalaman ko muna na buntis ako. Tapos pinakita ko rin kay Cong, sobrang saya niya na nalaman niya na buntis ako. Tapos nagpa-check up kami, nalaman ko na six weeks pregnant na ako nung December 12,” she recalled.

Their happiness was easily wiped out with an unexpected incident. Viy said that she was bleeding and a day after that, she confirmed that they lost their baby.
