“Tensura: That Time I Got Reincarnated as a Slime” Season 2 revealed a new key visual, anime premieres January 12, 2021! Funimation and Crunchyroll have both announced that they will be streaming the second season worldwide the same day it premieres on Japanese TV stations.
Tensura one of the most compelling anime on anyone’s watch list.
The visuals feature Rimiru and her family members, including Gobuta, Shuna, Shion, Benimaru, Ranga, and the new Diablo.
The official site has also released a teaser for the upcoming season.
According to the sources, “Upon further confirmation, That Time I Got Reincarnated as a Slime Season 2 will begin on January 12,” Crunchyroll announced. “We apologize for reporting the previously incorrect date.”

The second season has been announced, and was scheduled to premiere in October 2020 but has been delayed to January 2021 due to COVID-19. The second season is a split-cour anime and the second half was slated to air in April 2021 but has been pushed to July 2021.
