Actress-writer-model Bela Padilla just launched a Korean skincare line called “Britory that promises to give the Filipina skin a “snow-like glow.”
The product is a skincare company that is based in Seoul, South Korea.
The beauty products promise to treat and focus on the top three concerns of people when it comes to skin: appearance, aging, and acne.
In the virtual press launch on Thursday, Bela, who co-owns the brand, said there are two products in the Britory line: Britory Like Snow Serum and Britory Like Snow Cream.
“When we first discussed Britory, I had just finished filming a project shot in Korea. I learned a lot from my experience there, and now I’m more fascinated with their culture and that includes K-Beauty,” the actress said in a press statement.
At the virtual launch, Bela said it has been in the works for one year, making sure Britory would work perfectly for the Filipina skin.
The Britory Like Snow Cream is gel-based so that the majority of Filipinas with oily skin won’t have that thick icky feel common in most creams.
It contains ingredients that help soften and even lighten the skin including Panthenol, Lactobacillus Ferment Filtrate, Niacinamide, Glutathione, Ceramide, and Neem Tree Flower Extract.
Meanwhile, the Britory Like Snow Serum meanwhile has several ingredients that help your skin glow including Niacinamide, Glutathione, Arbutin, Ceramide, Neem Tree Flower Extract, Walnut Leaf Extract, and Galactomyces Ferment Filtrate.
The actress herself said she has been using the products, ditching her five to six steps of skincare routine.
“By cutting down my skincare routine by more than half, it just saves more time because I don’t have that downtime, irritation, redness, it’s so much easier for me it’s hassle-free,” Bela said.
