Fans of Singer songwriter Taylor Swift wants her to run for President against Kanye West.

Recently, Singer Kanye West announced to the public that he planned to run for President for 2020, but the fans of Taylor Swift had a reacted and made a response.

Recalling, on 2009, Kanye and Taylor had became one of the most talk iconic interactions during the VMA Awards, wherein Kanye West interrupted Taylor Swift as she was about to give a speech for her “Best Female Video” award.

During that, Kanye took the mic from Taylor and said that Beyonce had “one of the best videos of all time”. And now, after 11 years, people still not forgotten that moment.

Since then, Kanye has been involved in an array of incidents that led to his discovery of Jesus Christ. His new found ideologies and perspectives in life gave him a new sense of purpose. Thus, he tweeted this:

We must now realize the promise of America by trusting God, unifying our vision and building our future. I am running for president of the United States. #2020VISION

Due to that, fans of Taylor Swift ‘Swifties‘ called on the singer to also run for President against Kanye West.

One fans said; If Kanye gets elected as president, I want Taylor Swift to gate crash his first speech and say something like “yo Kanye, I’m happy for you, imma let you finish but I think Beyoncé deserves to be president instead” (a throwback to the 2009 incident).

However, it is not us to decide if Kanye and Taylor will really run for President. Maybe. Let’s see, only time could tell.
