MANILA, Senate investigates the truthfulness of the death of Jaybee Sebastian and other high profile inmates in New Bilibid Prison Muntinlupa City.

Jaybee Sebastian is considered a prime detainee of the prison which was reported died due COVID-19.

Sen. Dick Gordon tries to question the reports legitimacy because he sense something fishy in the death of Sebastian.

Based on the news reported by 24 Oras ,Gordon also questions the report of Bureau of Correction Chief Gerald Bantag because it delayed and possible fraud takes place.

The 74 years old Senator also calls for the support of the President in the investigation if the issue will climb up to the Senate Blue Ribbon Committee spearheaded by him.

Gordon noted “Sana maging fair ang Presidente sa inbestigasyon”.

He stated that based of statistics Philippines is the country that tops the syndicate of faking deaths in exchange of big money.
