The COVID-19 cases are still increasing day by day. In the Philippines, there are 80,448 COVID cases, 1,932 deaths and 26,110 recoveries as of the update.
As of July 26, 2020, there are 409 confirmed cases, 25 recovered and 384 active cases in Negros Occidental according to https://www.negros-occ.gov.ph/.
Due to this alarming news, Mayor Evelio Leonardia of Bacolod City announced that sea travel to Iloilo City will be prohibited starting July 27 until further notice.
According to a Facebook Page Radyo Bandera – Bacolod 103.9 FM, some areas in Bacolod City will be placed under lockdown. Here is the list:
