A Female Chinese National, who went viral on social media for hitting a traffic enforcer and a biker, was arrested by policemen in Makati City on Tuesday afternoon (July 7). According to Makati Police, they identified the suspect as Dong Li, 27, currently renting a condominium unit in Barangay Bel-Air, Makati.

Accordingly, around 5:15 pm on July 7, 2020, along Makati Ave. corner Jupiter St. Brgy. Bel Air, Makati City while complainant Jefferson Sosa y Reyes, 27 years old, Filipino, was onboard of his bicycle he saw the suspect Dong Li, 27 years old, Chinese national having an altercation while badmouthing the above-mentioned traffic enforcers.

Afterward, the suspect without any apparent reason approached him (complainant) and hit him using her umbrella. She then punched the herein complainant’s face which caused him injuries. On that instance, arresting officers Abrogar Narciso and Ronel Cancio both MAPSA personnel immediately effected her arrest.
