The youngest newborn baby who survived the COVID-19 disease, Baby Kobe Manjare had died, said the child’s relative on Thursday.
According to the child’s aunt Suzan Manjares, Baby Kobe was brought back to the National Children’s Hospital for an operation due to constipation.
“‘Yung paglaki ng tiyan niya na hindi siya makadumi, ‘yun po ang ooperahan doon sa kaniya,” said Susan Manjares, who is the sibling of Kobe’s father Ronnel Manjares. Based on the report of GMA News Online.
However, Baby Kobe’s family was surprised that he became constipated again.
Manjares said doctors also suspected that Baby Kobe died due to infection in his blood.
Recalling, Baby Kobe had survived COVID-19 and was discharge from the hospital in late April.
