In the latest episode of Wanted Sa Radyo Raffy Tulfo In Action the program tackles a certain viral video wherein a tenant named Nelson Empilo forced to leave by the police landlord named Alex Macarunay during ECQ (Enhance Community Quarantine).

In the video, you can see the enrage police shouting and pressure the tenant to leave the boarding for not paying the rent, he even pointed a gun to Nelson which makes the whole scene more terrifying.

Meanwhile, Nelson was asked what really happened he stated that the police daughter goes to him and ask to pay the rent deposit of 12,000 but he cannot give anything because he was jobless at that time due to quarantine.

On the side of the police Sgt. Macarunany explained that he comes into the place wherein he receives reports that his tenant including Nelson is a headache in the place wherein they conduct drinking sessions which is a violation of the quarantine protocol, he added that he does not point his gun to anyone but instead he try to protect it in case one of the tenant try to take it away from him.
