MMDA (Metro Manila Development Authority) to summon actress Kim Chui amid dancing ‘Bawal Lumabas’ during heavy traffic congestion on the major road in the city.

Kim Chui is a Kapamilya actress and becomes controversial during her comments towards the shut down of ABS CBN.

According to MMDA, the actress left her car without a driver in the streets and stated they will let Kim explain her side and after hearing her that will be the basis of their actions.

Assistant Sec. Celine Pialago explained that her office will verify the truth if the video was really taken in EDSA or in a certain parking lot.

Kim react to the issue and stated the video was taken from a parking lot not on the busy streets on EDSA, she also clarifies that she is not insane to do that.

Meanwhile, the Kapamilya actress addressed to her bashers that the real enemy is COVID-19 not your fellow men.
