Chanda Romero, a Filipino actress, is currently looking for plasma donors for her mother, Meding. On June 16th, she announced that her mother was confined at Cebu Doctor’s University Hospital due to COVID-19.
On a Facebook post she said “My Mother is now confined in Cebu Doctors’ University Hospital due to Covid19. We are in dire need of plasma from Covid patients who have recovered.
“If there is anyone out there who is willing to donate plasma, please PM me your contact number and we will call you.
“We shall be very grateful for the help you can extend to our family.
“God bless you.”
On June 17th, she made another post saying “My dear Mother is in dire need of plasma. Please help us.”
The urgency of the announcement from the 66-year old actress can be felt as she is extremely worried about the condition of the dearest mother. Many commented on her post, wishing and praying for her mother’s recovery.
