MANILA, Rep. Rodante Marcoleta enumerates the violations of ABS-CBN during the hearing in the house of the representatives.

Cong. Marcoleta revealed some instances that ABS-CBN is taking advantage of the country laws and should not given a chance again to operate. Some of these are violations of labor law, the company is own by a foreign personality (Lopezes) and the network had been airing for 50 years and many more.

It is remembered that NTC issues a cease and desist order to ABS-CBN compelling them to stop broadcasting due to expired franchise.

National Telecommunications Commission noted prior to its issuance of cease and desist order that the network also violates law on pay per viewing and especially the airing of KBO with fees, it should be free according to NTC.

Meanwhile, Congress is now in session and hearing the side of ABS-CBN executives to explain their side and to present evidence to prove they do not violate the law.
