Barangay 156 Caloocan City is currently under hard lockdown due to the high number of cases recorded by COVID-19. This woman named Mikaela Manzony Tahum insisted to enter a hard lockdown area in Barangay 156 Caloocan city. 

In a video posted by netizen Axis AppleMheann Adevino, the woman is seen struggling to enter the village.

The military and the police have prevented the girl from entering the area, which is a violation of enhanced community quarantine protocols. It has no facemask and no quarantine pass at the checkpoint. However, the girl was so relieved that she would only carry the bag. 

Police eventually arrived and announced the scheduled arrest of the girl for aggravated violations of ECQ guidelines. It has even included some bad words against the police at the checkpoint. In the video, it is clear that Tahum raising her voice to the frontliners at the checkpoint.
