According to Anjo Bagaoisan in ABS-CBN News, it has already been a decade since he impersonated Mr Bean to entertain children, especially those with illness. He has been joining outreach activities and those have included hospitals and indigenous communities.

Roger and his wife saves a budget intended for the children’s gift giving. He also taught children to thank God for the blessings they receive. The children enjoyed his company every time he visits them. Roger, even before he impersonated Mr Bean, always had a helping hand.

The children are very thankful for all the help and enjoyment they received from Roger, it’s as if they have met the real Mr Bean.
