Let’s recap the life story of Former Senator Miriam Defensor – Santiago on Maalaala Mo Kaya (MMK) Episode on October 8, 2016. Sen. Miriam helped narrate how her childhood was like, being born in an average family but with intellectual lineage. Her mother is strict and forming her to be best in everything. She finished her study and has an appreciation with a good heart, promising, and intelligent lawyer.

During her own family with husband Narciso Santiago Jr., Miriam did not stop to learn and expanding her knowledge by attending schools abroad. She made it as the youngest legal officer of the United Nations.

After her father died, Miriam and Narciso decided to stay in Philippines and serve the Filipino people by joining in politics. Miriam became a senator and try to be one of the Philippine President in order to clean the corruption in her country, suddenly she didn’t won in 2016 Presidential Election.

Recent President is former mayor of Davao “Rodrigo Roa Duterte” and allegedly one of the best President around the world.
