The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) release on Tuesday evening, June 14, 2016 a total of 1,406 out of 2,784 passed the Pharmacist Licensure Examination. The Board of Pharmacy is composed of Ms. Adelina C. Royo (inhibited), Chairman; Dr. Mildred B. Oliveros and Mr. Anthony Aldrin C. Santiago, Members.
Examinees answer the following subjects; Pharmaceutical Chemistry (20%), Pharmacognosy (15%), Practice of Pharmacy (17.5%), in the second day of the test; Pharmacology-Pharmacokinetics (15%), Pharmaceutics (17.5%), Quality Assurance/Quality Control (15%).
Professional Regulatory Board of Pharmacy administered the licensure examination in the cities of Manila, Baguio, Cebu, Davao and Iloilo, held last June 11 & 12, 2016.

According to the official website of PRC, from June 27 to June 29, 2016, registration for the issuance of Professional Identification Card (ID) and Certificate of Registration will be done on-line. Please go to www.prc.gov.ph and follow instructions for initial registration. Those who will register are required to bring the following: duly accomplished Oath Form or Panunumpa ng Propesyonal, 2 pieces passport size picture (colored with white background and complete name tag) and 2 sets of documentary stamps. Successful examinees should personally register and sign in the Roster of Registered Professionals.
