The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) release a total of 21 out of 39 passed the Real Estate Broker Licensure Examination given by the Board of Real Estate Service in Manila, Cagayan de Oro and Cebu this May 2016.
The members of the Board of Real Estate Service who gave the licensure examination are Dr. Eduardo G. Ong, Chairman; Florencio C. Diño II and Rafael M. Fajardo, Members

- Legal Requirements for Real Estate Service (R.A 9646/IRR);
- Real Estate Laws and Taxation (Agri Law, CARPER, R.A. No. 7160/8424, etc)

- Subdivision Development (incl., P.D. 957, B.P 220, P.D. 7279, etc.)

The results were released in three (3) working days after the said examination.
Last May 2015, PRC release a total of 5,220 out of 10,370 passed the Real Estate Broker Licensure Examination given by the Board of Real Estate Service.
Last February 2016, PRC release also a total of 5,499 out of 9,749 passed the Real Estate Broker Licensure Examination given by the Board of Real Estate Service.
Aside from the full results, the registration schedule for the issuance of Professional Identification Card (ID) and Certificate of Registration will be announced. Those who will register are required to bring the following: duly accomplished Oath Form or Panunumpa ng Propesyonal, current Community Tax Certificate (cedula), 1 piece passport size picture (colored with white background and complete nametag), 2 sets of metered documentary stamps and 1 short brown envelope with name and profession and to pay the Initial Registration Fee of P600 and Annual Registration Fee of P450 for 2016-2019. Successful examinees should personally register and sign in the Roster of Registered Professionals.
