“Youre My Home” is the newest Primetime bida in Kapamilya Network that will be seen on November 9,2015 this primetime Drama tell us the heartfelt story of a daughter who would do whatever it takes just to fix her Family. The family that she is referring,is the “Fontanilla family”.

Get to know Fontanilla Family in the eyes of their eldest daughter Grace Fontanilla which is the role of Jessy Mendiola. Living in simple Life, suddenly change when Gabriel (the role of Richard Gomez) handled a frustrated homicide case against Christian Vergara (Jc deVera) son of the most influential senator (Mr. Tonton Guitierez). Time passes by,  a 12 year old Grace realize that even they have their new and Luxury Lifestyle her dad and mom (Dawn Zulueta)had no time for them anymore, thus turn rebellious.

One night, when Grace left the house to be with her friends and her Brother Rahm help runs after her, leaving Vince alone inside the house.
