Lately, the actress Angel Locsin confirmed that she won’t be able to portray Darna anymore because of the disc bulge that has been produce for two years when she’s been preparing for this character. She confirmed that the management already has their choice.

The ABS-CBN Network and Angel Locsin didn’t give a name for the new DARNA but the names that may take the character were Liza Soberano, Nadine Lustre, Julia Montes and Maja Salvador. But on one article, Jessy Mendiola admitted that she want to be a Darna because Darna was feminine yet a strong woman. She could be the example of all woman.
