This is the story of the mayor who instead marry a crocodile. Yes. This is not a joke! Just like all the weddings, the ordinary we can see and we have seen, the crocodile bride was also wearing a white gown and a veil as she walked down the aisle.

This mayor known as Joel Vasquez Rojas is known to be the mayor of a fishing town in Mexico. He settled and get married with this crocodile instead of being and having a woman in his life.

There in there place, In San Pedro Huamelula in Mexico, it can be seen that the mayor walked holding her bride crocodile in his arms. It can also be seen that He was also dancing around carrying his ‘wife’ along.

It is also been based on their said and belief tradition, the main reason why Mayor Rojas chose to marry the crocodile is because that animal was known as a princess who will be bringing plenty of seafood and blessings for the Fishermen. When Fishing is one of the basic jobs in his place.

‘It’s my wish to marry the young princess, Rojas said.

The locals of that town even prepared a fireworks display for the newly-weds because they said that the ‘princess’ had arrived.
