Pascual, vendor of Arranque Market; Lorenzo B. Alconera, city electrician; Edgar A. Maranan, biotechnologist; and Robert Y. So, environmentalist.

However Mr. Henry Sy Sr. of SM Group of Companies got the award of Gawad Gat Andres Bonifacio Award.
