Being a part and one of the people of Star Cinema’s newest romantic film The BreakUp Playlist, Maris Racal told that she is so honored to be part of this another major project. In the film, Maris Racal’s role is a teen idol whose love team partner is Diego Loyzaga.

“Dito isa akong artista, parang sa real life kami ang Kathniel ni Diego Loyzaga dito na sikat. Isa kami sa magiging way kung bakit sila (Sarah Geronimo and Piolo Pascual) magkakabalikan. Yung connect namin sa story is the same kami ng sitwasyon na heartbroken si Sarah at si Piolo at saka magkatrabaho. Kami din ni Diego Loyzaga. Nakakatuwa na nakakakilig din,” she told in one her recent interview in Push.com.ph

Maris, the 17-year-old actress said acting and being in onscreen has become more comfy for her after she joined Pinoy Big Brother last year. She credits and dedicated this to her co-stars Sarah Geronimo and Piolo Pascual for an unforgettable and memorable shooting experience.

“Yes parang mas madali na ngayon kasi naka-tatlong movie na ata ako with big stars so mas na-less na yung pressure. Nakakakatuwa kasi sobrang humble talaga nila. Kahit Sarah G. at Piolo Pascual yan sobrang humble pa rin. At first na-star struck ako (laughs) pero until now kasi si Papa P nakaka-star struck. Siguro yung pagka-star struck ko sa kanya forever na,” she said.

Maris said not once did she feel intimidated doing scenes with two of the Kapamilya network’s top stars. “Hindi po, as in. Siguro noon na-i-intimidate ako bilang baguhan pa lang ako pero siguro ngayon nasanay na ako kasi si Piolo nakatrabaho ko na din sa Hawak Kamay. Siguro mami-miss ko yung fun namin off-cam. Ang saya nila kasama. Tumatawa kami lagi,” she said.
