Coleen Garcia can be seen very confident and positive posting her sexy photos on her Instagram account. When the actress was asked where she got her confidence and positive look, the host-actress said that she has always been comfortable with her own skin.  She said “I’ve always been comfortable with my body, even [if] I gained a little weight I’m just really comfortable with my body. I guess I just accepted myself so much already and I’ve gotten to a point that I really accepted myself and I’ve learned to love and appreciate myself to a point that I don’t seek the validation of other people,”

And she added “Like for example before I was really thin and I wanted to start going to the gym and people were like ‘don’t get muscles it’s really pangit for girls to have muscles’ and now I have muscles and it’s working for me,”

She quoted that she has come to words with the fact that she does not have to please anyone especially with terms of her body figure “It’s just occurred to me also that you should not be constantly thinking about what other people are saying because there are a lot of people in this world and everybody has different things to say so at the end of the day, as long as you’re happy and you are comfortable with yourself, I think the reason why I’ve been differently lately was because I’ve been becoming more and more comfortable with my own skin.” 

When ask if she is ready to pose for a men’s magazine cover anytime soon? She commented “When it comes to what I’ll be posing for and what I’m doing, it always come with a certain limit. I don’t want to exceed my own limitations so I always limit myself and I have my own boundaries so I don’t want to overdo it I don’t want to go overboard so I always make sure that I stick to those limits,”
