Detained Sen. Ramon “Bong” Revilla Jr. ask the Sandiganbayan to let him attend his daughter Ma. Franzel Loudette Bautista graduation this coming Saturday March 28, 2015.

It is remembered that Sen. Revilla is facing plunder charges wherein it is stated that he is accepting millions of pesos kickback from PDAF or “Priority Development Assistance Fund” from the dubbed pork barrel scam queen Janet Lim Napoles through her fake NGOs (Non Government Unit”.

Last week the court approves his fellow convict Sen. Jinggoy Estrado to attend his sons graduation held at OB Montessori Greenhills San Juan. Estrada will be there at the ceremony for three to four hour only and after that he will go back immediately to his detention cell.

According to Estrada, the child will suffer trauma if his father will not be present on his special day.

Revilla legal counsel Roedy Anthony Balisi, the senator’s daughter graduation will be held at De La Salle Zobel in Ayala Alabang Muntinlupa from 3 to 6 pm, but the actual assembly will be at 2:30pm.

They actually filed to the anti graft court a fiver hour furlough from 2 to 7 pm. Ma. Franzel will be expected to receive the Alfonso Yuchenco National Discipline Award, wherein she noted
